APXN MD. ABDUR ROUF DILIP Past National President of Apex Bangladesh started his Apex life on 17th July 1987 as the founder Vice President of Apex Club of Dhaka Metropolitan. He held almost all portfolios of the same including the President in the year 1988-89, Apxn. Dilip had the opportunity to be elected and served Apex Bangladesh as NYCD in 1991-92, DG-2 in 1992, NSD in 1993, NAD in 1995-96, NIRD in 1996-97, Editor, The Bangladesh Apexian in 1997-98, Chief co-ordinator of ASPAC & WOCO in 2000 and of course as the National Vice President in 2004.
He lead the Association as National President for the year 2005. His theme was SERVE THROUGH FELLOWSHIP. Under his dynamic leadership Apex Bangladesh started Apex-Back Dormitory & new secretariats at green Road, Dhaka. He is the Executive Member of Apex Foundation & also patron Apxn. Dilip have participated all National Conventions of Apex Bangladesh since joining. He was adjudged as the Best Delegate, Best Observer, Best public Speaking Contestant in District. He was rewarded BEST APEXIAN Trophy in the year 1991-92. He acted as the Chairman of 31st National Convention Committee.
By profession Apxn. Dilip is a businessman. Apxn. Dilip is married to Farida and blessed with 2 sons & 1 daughter named Rocky & Neaz.
For his lifetime contribution he is awarded as life governor in the 2nd board meeting held on 12 th june 2009. He is Visited many countries of the world including India, Thailand, Hongkong, China, Malaysia, U S A, UK, Saudi Arabia etc.
