1.To establish Health Centre, Family Planning Clinic, Eye Clinic, Orphanage, Maternity Centre, Leprosy Centre, etc.

2.To provide Vocational Training and education by establishing Schools, Colleges and Technical Institutions, etc.

3.To undertake relief and rehabilitation work in case of any natural calamities and disaster by distributing relief materials, medicines and constructing low-cost houses.

4.To take an active interest in civic and social welfare of the citizens of Bangladesh without distinction of religion, community, caste or creed.

5.To take such steps as are necessary for the attainment of the above aims and objects and borrow money, raise funds and to invest in debentures or shares of approved joint stock companies, provided always that profits or gains so derived are used for no other purpose except to finance the projects of the Foundation and its running expenses.

6.To establish, acquire and maintain funds for financing welfare projects for the citizens of Bangladesh.

7.To acquire by purchase, construction or otherwise any movable or immovable property or any right or privilege necessary or convenient for the purpose of the Foundation and to take all actions for the sale, development, administration and improvement of the property and the premises of the Foundation.

8.Generally to do all such works which may be conducive to the attainment of the aforesaid any object and other works which are beneficial to the citizens of Bangladesh.
